I think I screwed up
I did the same as deeker - had almost 60 days and was so hell bent on "getting a high" I slipped with an over the counter drug. Although technically I didn't drink - it compromised my sobriety and I picked up a chip. Be grateful you came back so soon. The first time I relapsed with alcohol (after a week in detox even) I was out drinking for 3 weeks straight. Look at what you have and did - takes guts. We've ALL been there.
I can barely believe the really great people here and the blessings of support I've received. I feel crappy today, but I feel like I learned a big lesson. I can never not be mindful of what I am thinking and I have to watch it. That's powerful. The love and support here is so powerful. Because of you, I know I can start over and not stay in it, because I will lose today and the future. Wow. SR and it's members are a miracle. xxoo

Your 4 months sober is not something that you threw away, it does count and maybe the 2 glasses of wine taught you something....you felt craptastic about it. You didn't say "hey I can drink like a normal person, maybe I'll have wine with dinner again"!
I have seen those 2 glasses of wine snowball into a massive binge, both for me and others...and then it is much more difficult to get back on track.
being here and discussing, getting feedback 24/7 is so much better than keeping it bottled up (sorry for the pun)
