Thank you, Dee. You're very inspirational. It's been tough. I've been so very tempted. With the help of SR and a supportive husband, I haven't strayed. But it seems to be getting more mentally challenging now that I am through the ugly physical withdrawals (minus the headaches that are still lingering).

Thanks Dee. Very helpful indeed! I had a bit of stress at what a woman said to me at a social event and had to leave early. Interestingly, although it was a church social there were a lot of wine bottles around. I counted around a dozen or so right behind where I was sitting. So I evacuated the joint and went home. Took a blood pressure pill and simmered down. That woman may think she can cuss me out but one thing she can't do is take my sobriety away! That's something which took a long time for me to get and no religious maniac is going to take it from me.
