Day 1

Hello all. Day one of sobriety - I need to do this before it's too late, i.e. lose the ones I love. I can do it and reading some of the posts on this forum has certainly helped to put things in perspective.

Welcome, Binger. Good to have you. Day 1 is tough, but like you said, you can do it. As someone said to me on my first night, we're open all night if you need us. Keep us posted.
