my nieces
I just got bad news about my niece ...my other nieces friend told my other niece that my niece is getting needles two different sizes for herself and her boy friend...we cant say anything to my niece about it as the girl who told my other niece woulds lose her job
My mum is very upset because she raised my nieces because my sister wasnt fit enough to .
At the moment me and my husband are away from home.
My other niece dosnt live at home any more so my mum is on her own and is scared that they might try to steal things from her to get money for drugs as my niece has stolen things before ...
Am unsure of what we can really do about it apart from be there for her when she decides to stop if she decides to stop taking the drugs

I'm sorry but the person who could lose her job should not have confided this information to you. She was wrong. Unfortunately, now your stuck especially if your niece can trace it back to the girl.
You could always make a point of looking for track marks and ask her about it. Now that you know, you'll have to be inventive as to how to confirm the info.

It's often best to let the person in the throes of addiction to come to you when they're ready, rather than chasing after them to help them.
Running a private ambulance service is a thankless and often painful avocation.
