Lime and soda, black tea, the occasional juice. But lime and soda is my favourite.

Tea! Mostly teavana teas--I like earl grey creme and maharaja chai the best, though I'm drinking tons of their seasonal white chocolate peppermint right now. It's expensive stuff, but costs nowhere near what I had been spending on wine. ;-)

Club soda - with or without lemon - lots of ice. 4 or 5 cans a day
Have to give my liver as much water as I can to heal.
No colas, to much sugar, coffee in the AM only. Hot chocolate before bed.

I drink a lot of coffee. I heard green tea has some pretty solid benefits, I might start with that.

What a great & appropriate thread right now, with the start-up of the holiday season!

During the holiday season-Cranberry Ginger Ale. Absolutely love it. Also a big hot tea drinker during cold weather. Warm weather, water with lime and tonic & lime.

When under a lot of stress, I actually crave hot chocolate. With milk & extra chocolate. May not be the healthiest alternative but it sure beats the case of beer I used to drink to relieve stress!
