Getting ready for night three. Today started out with a ton of energy because of last night's successful avoidance of the booze. Then, by 2 PM,the sleeplesness caught up with me and I started turning into a zombie. I'm going to grind through tonight, but I'm thrashed. I almost feel hungover. A strange fear is creeping in. But I had a dream last night during my strong hour of sleep that I was being bitten by a pit bull, over and over, on my right hand; however, the pain was very moderate. The main sensation was the terror of being attacked, not the pain of the bite. Here we go night three, let's see what you have in store for me (not booze, that I know).

Hi Malcolm. You're doing great! I'm on day 7 and remember dreams of being attacked by dogs, among other things, on the first couple of nights. I also felt exhausted early on from lack of sleep but it's already gotten much better.
