I've been a lurker for a couple days in preparation for The Big Day tomorrow. Wiki How suggested joining a forum to help get through the worst days of withdrawal and that just seemed like a great idea. So thank you for being here and I look forward to a helpful exchange.

Welcome Cavern! You've come to a great place. Personally, SR helped get me through my withdrawals. If you haven't already, you should check out the SR link on withdrawals and what to expect. (however, someone else will need to post the link - it won't let me post a link until I've posted 15 messages : ) I read it straight through my first few days of withdrawal and I found it so helpful and comforting. Welcome, Hope it isn't too bad for you. I'm on day 12 and SR really helped when I was too sick to go anyplace. Feeling pretty good now. Good luck.
