I'm still going strong....not drinking or smoking. Went sailing in the Charleston harbor today and it was amazing. Thought about celebrating with some drink and then I imagined a beast with a cigarette looking at me and it went away. Went for a walk, got some food, and going to bed to watch a movie. Have a good night everyone. Can't wait to feel good tomorrow.
