Just wanted to say good morning and hang in there. I remember days 3-7 were the hardest for me with anxiety and cravings. I am on day 3 a second time now but it feels completely different (Thank God).

Yeah started day 3 one hour ago! had a brain attack at work but i got it sorted out i attempd thr chaat meeting on friday this week

I need a new computer because I can;t get into chat rooms and things, something doesn't work. But I will as soon as I can.
