non alcoholic beer good idea or bad
I've found that having a cold drink in the fridge really helps with the whole craving thing.
However is having nob alcoholic beer kinda missing the point as at the end of the day it's still that temptation of having a beer but with no alcohol.
I hope u kinda know where I'm coming from?

My experience is I don't drink NA beer because it looked like beer, felt like a can of beer, it smelt like beer, it had that same condensation thing on the can like a beer, the same fizz and foam when you pop the can, tasted like beer (kinda)....
Then I'd wonder why I'd go out everytime and get 'real' beer.
I was still knee deep in old behaviours, and didn't even realise it.
As a former beer drinker I know it ticks all the boxes for me, and opens the door to old behaviour and old thought paterns.
I don't recommend it.
I don't need to know....but maybe ask yourself why would you choose NA beer when there's so many other things to drink, though?

This time the answer is NO for me

Thats pretty much it, it triggers something in the brain and god knows we dont need our brains triggered right now haha, so how do you plan your weekend? Im already making my survivalist plan to break my old as hell friday afternoon habit, to go all all in from noon to midnight , then end up as a pathetic drunken moron, ill substitute for a 20 km run then some movies!! With plenty of tea
I work Friday nights until the early hours so will avoid the supermarket on the way home.
Saturday just buying in fruit juice n Sunday will be the hard one as I will be working all day n then I'm gonna buy some pop

In my experience drinking non alcoholic wine (never drank beer) was never a good idea. My mind and body were expecting the buzz and it never came and always led back to the real deal. There are many other substitites of nice cold drinks to try that will refresh you instead x
It's revolting anyway and gives me a funny stomach, as does alcohol free wine. On special occasions I have a nice glass of schloer or appleltizer. They don't taste like alcoholic drinks but are delicious and look pretty in a wine glass at the dinner table, so you don't feel like such an alien

Please note
I think it's important to distinguish between a "near beer" and a true 0% alcohol brew. The one I've found which is a true 0% (I know some strict Muslims who drink it) is the German DAB non-alcoholic brew. We don't have Guinness Kaliber around here, so I can't comment on its alcohol content.

Hi zombiegirl, for me it's too similar to the real thing. Same taste and smell. Could trigger wanting real beer. I was a beerdrinker, so for me it's a big no. It also has a small amount of alcohol in it. It's a personal choice. Best wishes to you.

For some, even a true 0% "beer" will be too steep a slope, due to the similarities. For those for whom it's not, and who really enjoy a good gold 'n' suds, DAB is the way to go.
