so what have i missed my friends?

Thought I'd check in, psych visits going very well, a month sober, feeling spiritually invigorated, I admit I have been struggling to stay sober tho living alone after 16 years is a very strange experience... am trying tho.....

How are you all? Good I hope..I have missed you all very much x

Glad to hear - was wondering about you the other day. Have you read The Power of Now? I am finding it useful on a spiritual level.
