Just feelings this out .....Have my times where I feel like I may let my mind wander off...But get it back in check and do some excersie...Its time for me to "WAKE UP" and startliving....

I feel your pain, no really I feel it, like everybody says" it will get better". I thought I was going to die on day one, day two was better and I'm almost through day 3. good luck, lots of water and vitamins help to replace what alcohol depletes from your system.

Welcome to all the newcomers! That first week is not a pleasant one for sure. Once you get past that, things definitely start to get better. Then the key is not letting your mind give in to the AV that will tell you since you are feeling better you can try doing it again. Glad you are here!
