I am on my fourth and final week In rehab. It has been a up hill battle to say the least. I find my self getting quite bored in the evenings after the programs are done and don't know what to do with myself. But with that being said I have a new outlook on life and sobriety, it truly is a beautiful thing. Good luck to everyone in recovery, one day at a time

Define boredom for yourself then put a plan in place for when you get out of rehab so you aren't bored at home!
