Hi , I'm trying to access the chat rooms but when i click on the link it takes me to a 14 day demo room ? .

Also I would like to do online meetings but i don't know how to go about it .

Hi Only way I can get into chatroom, is to click on the bit next to the 'log out' on the blue bar. Then, I have to go into the 'floating chat' part for it to work.

Usually that means something's gone wrong at the other end, not at SR. We'll just have to be patient Snoozy.

Speak to Opivotal about online meetings and what the requirements are

Floating chat seems to work for me too...it asked me if I wanted to run addonchat - if that comes up, click ok...thats the chat software

Hi Snoozy,

I get the same issue when I log in via my phone. Maybe try logging in from a pc first and then you can get some tips from a phone user.

Chat can occur in a normal internet tab or in a separate window (float).

Thanks Koala ..oh and i hear a lot of people saying they have the SR app for their phones ? How do i get that ? I'm not that computer literate ! I've tried logging in on my lunch hour but the SR SITE is too tiny to read . Xx

just click on chat on the right hand side of the big blue toolbar that runs across the top of the page - there's a drop down menu there - select 'enter chat room-float'

The Sober Recovery app is available wherever you usually buy your other apps Snoozy - Itunes or whatever
