Smashed those cravings last night.

I just KNEW that coming up to the 4 week and month 'milestones' they would appear. Were niggling at me all day yesterday (it's 3.30am now).
In the end I took myself off to bed with an Aussie voice in my head nagging ' Play the tape through to the end..' Only problem, the Aussie voice turned into Peter naffin Andre singing, which wasn't pleasant

Anyhow, safely through to fight another day and thanks Dee, even though you didn't know anything about it

It did make me realise that it would be pointless drinking as I'll never be able to relax and enjoy it anymore, so that's a good thing. Xx

I did the same thing tonight when I was having cravings. I just kept playing the tape through to the end in my head while reading here on SR. Glad you made it through!

Thanks guys - at least with Peter Andre 'appearing', I had the nightmare B4 I fell asleep huh?

All's fine again this morning but not dropping my guard Xx
