Day 30 Spent in a physique ward

I made it to 30 days clean and then....

It all caught up to me , cocaine withdraw manifested . It Had been building over the last two weeks , disorientation , confusion , low concentration , sleeplessness and horrible , horrible panic and anxiety. I had no idea withdraw lasted this long,

My employment was sufferig , I was suffering , so

This morning i am admitted to a physique ward for a 3 to 5 day evaluation.

Don't do it alone , Get help

5 weeks locked up and learned alot

5 days turned to 5 weeks in a psyche ward . I know i waited way to long. The day i went in was one huge last ditch cry for help. Those doctors got to the root of my problem , I'm not 100% but got the right meds and hoping for the best. A new and difficult time lies ahead but the choice was the right one. Slowly , one day at a time

SOOO glad to hear from you!!! I'm so proud of you for getting help.

I just had a rather major stressful month, went to my dr. and said "I am going to lose my mind!!!!!!" She adjusted my anti-d, changed what I take to sleep (I have a serious problem with sleeping) and I have to admit, I feel better.

You've got a whole lot of people cheering you on, here, including me.
