Ok. Let's end this with the cat saying: "I don't know".
My talking Cat says "I don't know" - YouTube

I like being open-minded and certainly do not mean to offend people of faith, I have few such as my friends anyway.

Ahhhhhh......the age-old debate........

For the non-believer, there is no proof of the existence of God, and for the believer, everything proves God's existence.

It's such a personal thing. I don't like it when people try and force their beliefs on others or make sweeping statements assuming there is only one way for everyone

With regards to sobriety (as this site is about ) whatever gets and keeps you sober and works for you is a great thing.

There are many paths up Mt. Fuji. Recovery is there both for believers and for non believers. Who is to say, "My path is the better path, the only path..."?

"we don't need to see eye to eye to walk hand in hand"

I removed some posts.

I think we'll leave it there.

I'd like to thank the majority here for being so cool with beliefs they may not subscribe to themselves.

Bushy, if you want to start a new thread focusing on your recovery which incorporates your relationship with God, I'm sure there are many folks here who would like to share similar stories.

Those of us not interested in that - there's many other threads and newcomers to help
