Im on day three also. Hands still a little shaky, but definitely is better than a hangover.

That's how I was yesterday but I finally got a good nights sleep and ate a lot and drank a lot of water, and today the shakin is gone as well as the cold sweats. Hang in there, another day or two and you'll be feeling much better.
