stomach icky post vicodin
Hi all, I am 7 days in and have really felt okay since quitting Hydro. But today I have a stomach ache and the runs. Just took Immodium since I am at work. Is it possible that I am having withdrawal symptoms after a week?

I don't have any experience, but just looked up withdrawals symptoms etc (can't post link as it has ads on it) and that's not a withdrawal symptom apparently. Sounds to me, that you've picked up a bug
I have no personal experience but I think things like nausea and diarrhea are actually pretty common with opiate withdrawal....but after a week may indicate you have something else going on?
If you're concerned I think the best thing would be to see a Dr - talk to an expert

Oh hell yes!
It could absolutely be that.
Also, your stomach can get really torn up from the acetaminophen in vicodin and take a long time to heal.
Ulcers can cause diarrhea OR constipation. So can opiate withdrawal.
If you feel like its getting worse, maybe see a doctor?
But to answer, I ABSOLUTELY have experienced this. Everyones body is different.
Have you been drinking also?

Flu and opiate withdrawal are just about impossible to tell apart sometimes. If you take opiates, and it goes away, its withdrawal.
Obviously thats just prolonging the problem.
So yeah, it could be either. Hang in there. Either way, you are gonna feel SO much better soon.
