Over yonder

Heading off to a treatment facility. Decided to get help back at home. I need a safe place to be to give me the tools I need.

Make good use of all the help and support you can find. Just know the tools are in you , others can help point you to them and show you how to use them , but they can not give them to you. You got this, literally.

Ach, I once went to a counselor and I was lamenting to her that I felt so weak and pathetic to need counseling. She told me that only the strongest people admit that they have problems and look for solutions to their problems. You are doing just the right thing for yourself! You are strong and on your way to a healthier life!!
