Bonnie's back
Hello Folks.
After being sober for a good few months I lapsed badly in June. I've carried on since then drinking every day. It's got to the point where I've just had enough and want to put the bottle down again.
I want to become a sober, better, calm person than this messed up 'mess' that I've become.
So here I am back on the forum, making this Day One again.

I'm really starting to panic about later this afternoon. It's absolutely stupid!
I think its becouse I've been through it before and now whats going to happen. The anxiety, not sleeping, sweating etc.
I wish the next few days were over, I really do!

Welcome back.
You relapsed in June, and your relapse essentially lasted 4 months. I don't think you can afford to relapse again.
So what's your plan, how are you going to stay sober now?
For me, I finally gave in and went to AA. I don't agree 100% with everything AA related, but the program and people have helped me.
