Thank you just being there. Been a boozer for 15 yrs. First day sober, on a nightshift schedule, up when my families asleep. Pretty alone. Probly why I started drinking all the time when I was off. Really thankful to have a decent job, recently. Got a wonderful wife,2 kids. I've missed some time with them being blasted. Just got the first bad report from doc. Enflamed fatty liver, type 2 diabetes in the future. I'm getting a second chance (I hope). Don't think I can do it without being able to talk to ppl in the vodka refugee raft like I am.
Feeling better just not being alone. Alone sucks. I've a good job but had to goto nights. Totally alone for about 9 of 12 hrs. My families worth it, but my boozing went out of my control. Can't do it alone. Maybe I can make with you folks.
