100 days

100 days today alcohol free, feel great about that but feeling low and insecure and old, just want a big hug x

100 days is a great achievement. You may be having these feelings that seem upsetting...but you are experiencing real, true emotions. You're not soaked in brine, anxiety ridden, ashamed, embarrassed, terrified. Remember what life was like back then?
