Day 17, Checking In

Just checking in as it's been a while since I posted. Still sober! My head is clear and I'm finally finding myself happy again and beginning to enjoy some of the activities I once had. It's amazing that I once thought I was drinking away my depression, but then the depression became a result of my drinking.

Good for you Piglet! I found also that drinking made me more depressed, more emotional, and overall more dramatic and overwhelmed by life. Being sober is so much more peaceful and simple, isn't it?
