200th day.... Let me SHINE!!
Caihing, mizzuno, least thank you so much for your responses. I was suppose to start yoga last week, however when it comes to doing things for me in my household that require monetary output it's not such an easy sell. To put it nicely my husband is uber frugal. That's part of one of the areas I need to get my power back. Any stay at home mom knows that feeling of not contributing financially to a household.
Last night was pretty brutal I contemplated taking a clonazapam that I was legally prescribed months back when my husband almost died. I never took any when he was sick, so I figured nows probably not the time to add a chemical crutch.
My plan is to take a small step back at trying to build Rome over night, going to work on my infrastructure first. Thanks to those that sent encouraging PMs last night, it really put my mind at some ease.
I may be 200 days sober but today is day 1 of not hiding my pain anymore!

Not sure how I feel yet. Kind of the quiet after the storm, I don't think I physically have any tears left.... So that's a positive I guess going to try and just roll with it today. May shut of emotionally a bit to regain my normal composure. I know I'm strong just have to remember how to use my strength
Much shinier day power of positive thinking!
