Are you a drinker? Do you feel alcohol has caused you problems?

yes i was a drinker.I drank to numb my brain from thinking so much..depression.

Hey welcome. Nice to have you here. A lot of us drank to escape depression or anxiety but ask anyone here - they will all tell you the same - alcohol makes everything so much worse. Once you get some sober time I'm pretty sure you will feel a lot better.

Have you spoken to a doctor? I'm sure they'd be able to help you to feel better.
