Welcome, Ian. There is a lot of support here and experience in the many, many paths to sobriety. I have been bored of drinking for quite some time, but I have had great difficulty letting go of it. I keep expecting a return to my salad days, and that isn't going to happen. I simply could not physically tolerate them any longer.
Welcome, Ian. I am glad you are here with us. SR has been a great source of support of advice for me, especially during the early days of my recent sobriety. Good luck. And congratulations on making it to Day 13.
