cyber vibes needed please...

hey guys,
Checking in to give a quick update, saw psych last week, went well, 2 hours later was very drained and spent 3 days v low again, decided to be proactive and get back in touch with my spiritual side, and went to church Sunday, prayed a lot the last few weeks, appreciate that's not everyone's thing, but it's helping...

Anyway 16 days sober and last surgery on my pituitary tumour tomorrow, go in at 8am after that I'm going to keep taking one day at a time, could do with some SR vibes, feeling nervous and bit scared but I won't drink x
