I'm jealous. I get up in the middle of the night if I go to bed that early, spoils it. Yeah, kinda normal to be extra tired for a while...

yes, it sounds normal to me. I sleep at least 10 hours a night in early recovery. Last night I slept so deeply that during a nightmare, where I was screaming in agony on a soccer field with a terrible foot cramp, I couldn't wake up from it, when I finally did wake up, I realised my nightmare was part reality and was in the midst of the worst foot cramp I have ever experienced and it had crossed over into my dreams!!!

I'm at 107 days and I am still sleeping like that! I posted about weight gain the other day and now it occurs to me that the two may be related. I am exercising pretty regularly (jogging and taking dance class) and I feel good so I don't think anything's wrong, but I do think my body is still getting used to recovery. From what I gather the sleeping thing is normal as is the weight gain (both to a point). My sponsor says it took her several months to really feel like she was caught up on sleep. I don't mind -- in fact I am enjoying the rest!
