Your posts have so much wisdom h'hellomynameis'. I have anxiety issues when I don't drink and I'm on medication for that but when I do drink it's 1000x worse! It's definitely manageable when I'm sober.

I think I am through the withdrawals now thank The Lord. Tomorrow I am going to sign contracts for my new flat and then taking my girlfriend for sushi since I have a bit of making up to do with her.

I'm going to go to AA again, I prefer smart but I have to do most of the online meetings as there are no face to face ones in my area. Nobody said you can't do both. I need to do whatever it takes. I'm ready

I reckon try everything - face to face meetings, online meetings, books, exercise, lifestyle changes, speaking with your Dr, maybe some counselling...

Day 4

Hey Dee Nice to see you, was wondering where you'd been! I totally agree D, I'm moving house to a city at the weekend that has loads of meetings in walking distance every day, rather than the 1 a week where I am at the moment. Whatever it takes. It's time to kick this monkey off my back for good and learn to feel life.
