Glad you're back DG! You know what to do. Throw yourself back into AA and work those steps. Go to any length to stay sober each day.

HI Grits, nice to see you again. We really only have to stay sober in this moment, in this now moment. It helped me to focus my attention to only now, and to separate myself from alcohol and urges or thoughts to drink now. I can remember saying - I will never now drink. My brain tried to spin me forward into the future-but what about later? Phhhht - easy there big fella, I am in control of the now time.

You can do it too.
