Stay Strong & Enjoy The Weekend

Hi fellow newbies,

5:30 today marks my 11th full day of sobriety. For that, I hope every one of us newbies has a sober and enjoyable weekend.

Remember, it's the small things, like simply living our lives and being there for others - whether it be our children, wives, husbands, other family, friends or others.

Feel free to share your plans for the weekend here.

I'm going to my daughter's field hockey game tonight, coaching in an AAU basketball tournament tomorrow, and watching football as well as taking my daughter (and her friend) Halloween shopping on Sunday. None of this would be possible if was drinking!

Going on a couple hour trail run tomorrow with my dogs, then taking my kids out to enjoy the beautiful fall day. Headed to San Diego Sunday!

Awesome, Ethos. That reminds me that I need to get my athletic Beagle some serious exercise as well this weekend. Enjoy San Diego, I hear it's beautiful.
