18 days check in

Feeling good. Getting a lot of work done and reading done tonight and tomorrow, still no cigarettes or alcohol and I was much more talkative today to people, I acted like less of a butt hole. My meds must be helping my anxiety and depression. Sobriety is a good thing.

I'm glad for you. Being a butt hole doesn't usually make one popular

Great job Ach! I'm glad you are still on your meds. It takes a bit for them to work once the alcohol isn't in your system anymore.

Yea I am trying to be patient, I got so busy I missed an appt with my counselor, but it was just a mistake. Learning to be nice to myself and not telling myself how worthless I am.
