Yup! But that's life. The "out" doesn't last long enough to derail me, or I take a moment to sit back and try and focus on the root of it!

It always seems tough for me too. I am in Canada too. I am 78 days today. I find the normal routine easier to stay sober. A day at a time! All the best. Hitting 30 days is a great feeling.

Thx so much. Thursday has been on my mind. 30 day chip seems so huge. From someone who walked in and had a cake. 19 months first stop. Then a 3.5 year roller coaster. Lost my acceptance. And attendance.

Thx. The support is appreciated. This disease cost me a precious relationship. Today was the first family get-together on my own. The loneliness was tough. I know we need a bottom to bounce off of, but it's such a costly way to learn.

Im nearly 5 months and still bounce in and out of serenity!
Im not very robust when it comes to dealing with big stress or regulating my emotions, I cry easily. What sobriety has shown me though is that anything Im feeling will pass and its all ok

lets just bounce together

Y'all are awesome! Serenity at 27 days, and 5 months. Whoo hoo.

I think I've had about three hours of serenity in my 18 month sober!

You rock!
