just a suggestion....why don't you give yourself 8 weeks to put our your resume and look around while still keeping this job. (or until January). If you know the end is in sight, you may react differently and look at the circumstances differently.
Your job is for YOU and your family, your finances, your retirement....don't think about the nonsense just do your best and start looking.
If possible take some days off to make a long weekend and devote that day to job hunting.
