Had some bad cravings tonight and glad I have SR

I worked until ten tonight and all the people I work with are gonna go out and throw down after work. I thought about it and had a really bad craving. I'm on day 12. However, I took some big breaths and thought about all of them after they had 4 or 5 drinks and it calmed me down. Then another friend called me wasted and was being over emotional because of alcohol and it just confirmed why I'm not drinking. When I got home I immediately got on SR and felt even better. Now that I'm typing this I feel like I'm chilling with good friends. Thank you everyone for your support and amazing post. One more sober day completed. Good night.

Well done!! Today is my day 20 and my bf's day 19...he's had no cravings to drink while I on the other hand struggled tonight...I guess it being Friday. But I'm happy to say, I'm drunk on seltzer water and feel even better I didn't drink after reading your post!

I've had cravings tonight too, grocerease. Weekends are tough. Way to not cave to the peer pressure.

Congrats grocerease!
SR is amazing and I use it every night for inspiration and to help control those cravings--it really works for me also.
