Smoking is definitely more intertwined with your daily life than drinking, and the withdrawal period is much more condensed than drinking...

In truth - in the past if I had money for cigs OR booze - the cigs won! I think it's why it took me SO long to realise that drink was a problem - I would crawl through rain for cigs, but if it was raining and I fancied a drink, I'd think ' oh i'll leave it until tomorrow ' x

I really think you are brilliant for giving up both, but wonder - are you sure you're not putting too much pressure on yourself? x
