Newbie

I don't know what to do, where to begin. I have drank way too much for a long time. Kept my job. Kept my marrage. But I know that i'm killing myself and I want to slow it down. I could sure use some good advice from folks that have been in this spot. I'm very scared but I know that I need to make a change.
