20 days and feeling greatful
 

Day 20 and I'm feeling great! I got to thinking this morning how ridiculous drinking for me really was. I went through my Fibromyalgia and Bi polar meds and found that 6 of them say not to drink alcohol in combination with them. In the back of my mind I thought about this while drinking but dismissed it. In all actuality I could have really screwed up my health if not worse.

It's amazing what alcohol does to us, causing us to do things that can be so damaging in so many different ways.

I too am glad to see you are doing better. It is painful to watch any of us struggle with getting and, more particularly, staying sober. But there is joy in seeing people getting healthy and having fulfilling lives.
