First day here

Did a google search and ended up here

I was looking for a place to go when I just need to talk, get advice and support on my journey to not drink.

I have been sober for 3 days.

I look forward to reading and learning as much as I can about how to make that number keep going!

NLG - Welcome to SR!!!

I'll admit, I'm not quite sure how I found this site, but I did. And I lurked for about 2 years, got clean, relapsed, got clean again and finally joined.

I read through a lot of forums and I found out that despite what our DOC (drug of choice, including alcohol) was, we had a lot of similarities.

Congratulations on 3 days, and I hope to see you posting more! We have people from all over the world, but to be honest? We're like a big family

Welcome new life girl. I love SR. in the early days i found that the daily support group for the month was really helpful. I joined the June 2011 group. I imagine the current month group October 2013 is alraedy going and if so can be accessed on the main newcomers menu.

Others will be posting - so stay with us and rnjoy the company.
