Calling all Hounders!!!
Calling all Hounders!!!
As the title suggests...
I am doing great. I am now into this sobriety trek for a few weeks now. I am really beginning to love every minute!
My next hurdle is to stop smoking. I have been smoking way to much and for way too long. It is really time and I am truly ready.
So, I have decided tomorrow, Sunday October 6th, is going to be my first nicotine-free day. I have decided that instead of buying a pack of cigarettes in the morning, which is about $10.00/pack, I am going to do my very best to go to a $10 yoga class early evening instead.
I've decided to post here for 2 reasons: 1. the nicotine forum doesn't get a lot of traffic and, 2. I really need to be held accountable or I won't do it. I really do need to stop. It is time.
Thanks so much!

I'm with 13unlucky....either do, or do not. That is the choice. If you are going to just stop until it hurts...then don't bother. It's gonna hurt for awhile and then it's over. :-). Good luck!!!!
And, I am going to go!
You are because you will really benefit from the time spent on yourself - your going to stop smoking - filthy habit - lol your health is improved on every single smelly smoke you refuse
