Happy post
Just wanted to make a post saying that today is day 8 and it is Sunday morning. I feel so good, and proud of myself that I said no to my cravings last night. (Which were extra strong because it was Saturday). I am sitting here feeling genuinely happy, healthy and content. I know this feeling will come and go and sometimes I'm going to be grumpy and pouting because I'm not getting my way. But knowing that I am growing as a person, and becoming someone i like is better than any buzz I've ever had. Not to mention it is much better than clinging to the toilet, gasping for breath and wondering if i might die. That's all have a great day everyone
