Let me never forget....

....how absolutely great it is to wake up fresh on a Saturday, go for a 13km run in the sun and then have a long warm bath. Now off to the store to buy som good food to make up for any possible calorie-loss...

Have a great Saturday!

I'm laying in bed now as I type this on my iPod while sun pours in my window on a beautiful Saturday morning. I'm very happy to not feel like death with a hangover!

Yeah for Sober Saturdays! I'm definitely grateful for not drinking and getting to enjoy my weekends with energy and NO nausea, vomiting and drama. Have a great weekend SR friends.

Victoria, I am with you on this whole calorie thing - you can't be too careful. Congratulations on your sobriety!

I just got back from driving Pops to the Tampa Bay airport. Sun was rising it was beautiful. Stopped along the causeway in the middle of the the bay overlooking the water and just prayed and thanked God for my awesome life. Should finally be cooling off her in Florida USA, time to start walking.

Sounds like the sun is out everywhere this am, literally and otherwise!

Deeker I always wanted to stop on the causeway and 'take it in', but always had to keep driving, nice stretch of the planet there, glad to hear you enjoyed a great moment
