Good Morning from the Pacific Northwest!
Looks like a nice rain storm for this weekend! (I love a good rain storm.
) I will stay inside and do some slow cooking, painting and movie watching!

Hey all. I'm still around, so include me in for this wkend. I'm determined to make it through this one. Tried a few times b4, but messed up big time. But, I'm bac and ready to give it my all this wkend. Gtta restart somewhere. Let it be here. hapyface:

I'm new and this will be my first weekend sober for goodness knows how long. This thread is a great idea and I'm sure I'm gonna be contributing.
Tomorrow(Saturday) night is gonna be the killer for me and will be my first real test, as I've been recovering from last weekend's binge this week and haven't got the craving yet.
Thankfully I'm going to a meeting tomorrow night.

Hello y'all!
I am ready to kick off my 3rd sober weekend in a row! Woohoo! So many of my class assignments are due tonight at midnight so I have something to keep my mind occupied when they typical weekend cravings kick in. Will have to come up with a plan for the rest of the weekend but I feel like I will be safe from temptation for tonight

been awhile since I had to think how to get through the week-end without a 'pick-me-up'....but hopefully if this rain EVER lets up I'll hit the drive-in tonight, tomorrow will be searching for a good novel...and I've not thought ahead enough to Sunday....

At nearly 16 months but timely for a reminder of how great it is not drinking.
Interstate and catching up with old mate for grand final day. In the old days they were huge drink sessions but taking the family and have a plan

just got in from work 11 pm .. long day ..
Hope you're all doing ok , made it to bed sober thats got to be a bonus and something to be content about eh ? even if it is the blah-de-blah and one in a row ..
looking forwards to a lay-in in the morning but i do have something to go and try to fix later in the day . i was just too tired this evening .

Friday night! I'm in with you folks; 3rd sober weekend, yay! Everyone who has decided to join in, good for you, as it is a wonderful way to round out the month.
Now that it's officially fall, I'm looking forward to my mind being clear to enjoy the beautiful colors only autumn can bring to nature. Also, once the weather chills a bit more, I'll be replacing my herbal tea with Chai Tea w/milk. If you haven't tried it, I recommend it. I think of it as like grown-up hot (or cold) chocolate.

** ring ring ** like crazy weekend peeps. I'm bushed from a long week of work, many 12 hour days, but who cares? I'm sober and it's an honest tired. The leaves are changing here and the nights are cool with warm sun in the day. Favorite time of the year. A peaceful, sober weekend to everyone.
