I know that words are insufficient to what you're going through, Keyweird, but it's all we have. I'm so sorry to hear of your diagnosis. Not much I can say but stay strong, stay sober and stay the course. It sounds like a cliche I know, but every day on the right side of the grass is a good one, and as long as you're still alive there is hope. None of us can know just how much time we have left, so you're wise to view each day as a gift.

Obviously the prognosis sounds bad but don't lose hope. With some luck you will get a break and beat it, or at least have some time. In any event, I hope I can face my life and by extension my death with dignity and still sober.

Please post if you have any news, Keyweird. We're pulling for you.
