Hi. I haven't posted before, though have wanted to. I am on day 3. This is a big leap posting as I am very behind with technology. I will post more when I get over the fact I am actually posting at last..eek. I didn't think there would be anywhere like this site, such an eye opener. I so want to make a future sober and am willing to try and find it. (Whatever that means) thank you to anyone who reads this not very well written post.

Welcome, no worries. Forums aren't too challenging as tech goes, just explore the buttons a bit, you can't hurt anything permanently. Day 3 is great, keep on truckin!

Thanks for the replies. It is ridiculous how much I was just shaking just trying to make the first post. I have been reading and reading, so many clicks going off in my brain. I know this sounds wrong and partly crazy(I admit it) I actually thought of getting a drink to be able to do it. I really think this site is helping me sort through some self sabotaging behaviour. Thanks again..really.

I don't even know how to start putting into words what I would like to say. There is so much I end up saying nothing at all. The thing that strikes me reading here is how a lot of people are so eloquent on this site. Hope that will change for me. I feel hope reading posts, I have to do this (otherwise it is all over). Great start indeed. Looking forward to your posts as time goes on. I will share more when my hands stop shaking and my headache goes away. They say the first few days and weeks are the hardest.
