Dear Ache, So glad to hear you went to the hospital and your Dad is coming to visit for a while. Also, I am glad you are still here and posting on SR. You are not alone, though I completely understand how you can feel that way. I do believe, like so many others here, that you anxiety and despair will dissipate as you rack up the sober days.
