I just had to stop watching. That has just told me exactly how I will end up. Poor guy. So very emotional now.

Alcohol destroys and kills people. Now that I've been sober for a while, I can see it did a lot more that I didn't even notice back then.

These documentaries, yeah, heavy stuff. But they do help to see the reality of it all. Very tragic.

To be honest, if I had to choose between smoking or drinking, I'd go for smoking. Fortunately I do neither...

I am with you dig...your story is incredible. you made so much progress i am confident it will totally conquer the old ways.....i believe that! You are an inspiration..
