3days Cold Turkey
Hello, I came to it one morning and decided to say NO More. I have fun with socializing, but it has not worked for me emotionally with my spouse. I have drank for over a decade. How amazing I feel is greater than I would have ever thought. I have energy and I am actually completing tasks! I have feeling back and my sight is clearer. I know it has only been 3 days but It's awesome. I just have to redirect myself a few times a day. I go to bed peacefully by reading a book with hot tea and doing my nails. Before I just wanted to pass out.
Reading you all has been great!!!
Thanks.

all sounds good for you at this time
congratulations with getting sober
it may be harder for you to stay sober with time
that is where a strong Program comes in
many times as we get future down the road of this sobriety way of life
we deceive ourselves into thinking that we can have just one
or a couple
or maybe even three

5 days and still strong!
Seems longer since I have managed to make it my new lifestyle and loving it. I stand taller thinking of what I have decided!
Don’t let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.
