It's important to reward yourself in your sober journey. I just came back from a deep tissue sports massage that someone got me. Incredible and so relaxing.

There is nothing like a good massage. Arguably more relaxing than sex. Though I've never tried mixing the two.

Thanks for this post. I am trying to get out on a run but I am sucked into this forum. With that being said, I am now leaving to Reward myself with a healthy jog and then a smoothie afterwards.

Sounds to reward ourselves. I guess even if its small aswell.

Once ive been to work, i think i will reward myself a shower and maybe eat something.

You'll be amazed at the things you find rewarding as you walk deeper into the forest of sobriety. This week I shelled out what used to buy me two bottles of wine and acquired instead The Chronicles of Narnia to read to my seven year old.

Rewarded myself with a walk after dinner with my daughter. I love the land we're on - she does to. Put the chickens to bed and then the ducks. Nice day.
